Events
Hosting an event is trivial when hosting through MyPlots.
Creating an Event
Team owners and admins can create an event by heading to the events page in the dashboard. Fill out the information and decide whether to save the event as a draft or publish immediately.
Tickets
Once you've created an event you can create tickets for that event. Open the tickets tab on the event and click create ticket. Fill out the information and create the ticket.

Scan
Attendees who have acquried a ticket are given QR Codes as proof of their purchase. These QR codes have a single time use. You can scan these tickets by opening the scan tab on an event.
Click start scanning and scan the QR Code from the attendee. Once scanned you will see information regarding what tickets were purchased and how many. Click redeem to use the QR Code.

If a QR Code has alread been redeemed you will be shown that it has been and cannot be redeemed again.
Referrals
Referrals allow you to create tracking links which will help you identify how much money comes from each source. You can give each one of these referrals a name to help you better identify where each one correlates.
The referrals will track how many times the link has been clicked as well as how many tickets are purchased through that link.
Currently the links will show the overall amount of money the link has made and it is up to you as the event host to distribute any compensation to someone who may be promoting a link. There is no way for them to see how much a referral has made unless they are an admin or owner on the team.
In the future referrals will be associated with individual accounts and as a host you can set a percentage of the links revenue to automatically payout to the user.
Orders
You can see all of the orders for an event by clicking on the orders tab. This will show you all of the orders for the event. You can also search for a specific order.
Refund
To refund an order you can select an order and a button to refund will show up, press the button and the refund will be processed.
Refund typically take 5-10 days to appear back in the purchasers payment method.
