Tickets and orders
Find an event
Go to Events. Search by event name, choose Soonest, or choose Nearby after you allow location access. Featured events may appear first.
Open an event to see its date, place, host, ticket types, and event details. Some events also have photos, a map, chat, or a live video.
Get tickets
- Pick the ticket type and number you want.
- Add a discount code if the host gave you one.
- Review the total before you pay. Fees, when there are any, show at checkout.
- Pay with the choice shown to you, such as card or Apple Pay.
- Find your ticket in Orders in the app or at your web orders.
Your ticket has a QR code. Show it at the door. A code can be used only once.
Events that need approval
Some hosts review ticket requests. You can send your request, then wait for the host to accept it.
- If the host accepts, your ticket stays active.
- If the host rejects, MyPlots starts a refund.
- If the event ends before approval, MyPlots starts a refund.
Your bank can take time to show the refund. Check your order for the latest status.
